It's a conversation with an AI interviewer, not a survey. The AI interviewer asks the study's questions and follows up on your answers, the way a human interviewer would.
It depends on the study. The invitation from the researcher or panel usually says how long to set aside.
A phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. If the study asks for voice or video answers, you'll also need a microphone or camera. See Technical requirements and troubleshooting.

Often, yes. Tellet supports 64 languages, including right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew. The researcher chooses which languages a study offers. If there's more than one, you can pick yours on the welcome screen.
It depends on the study. The researcher chooses which response types to allow: voice, video, text, or a mix. If more than one is allowed, you can switch between them at any time.
Yes, before you send it. Once an answer is sent, it can't be changed, because the AI interviewer's next question builds on it. If you want to add or correct something, just say so in your next answer.
There's no skip button, but you can say that a question doesn't apply to you, or that you don't know. Honest answers like these are useful to the researcher too.

The research team running the study. Your answers are analysed with the help of AI to find common themes across everyone who took part.
Before you start, you're asked to consent to your interview being recorded and shared with the research client for research purposes. You can read the researcher's privacy policy (if they've provided one) and Tellet's Interview Terms from the consent screen.
The researcher who runs the study decides how your answers are used. Their privacy policy, linked on the consent screen, explains this. To ask about your data or have it deleted, contact the researcher, or email [email protected].
If an interview claims to be from a brand or organisation and you don't think it's genuine, email [email protected] with the link and the name of the organisation it claims to represent.
Email [email protected] with the interview link, your device and browser, and a screenshot of any error.
